Delivery Times & Rates – US

These are estimated delivery times only and don't include weekends or public holidays. We process all orders within 2-3 business days, but often much faster!

• Standard Shipping via USPS or UPS Ground (5-7 business days): FREE on all orders $350+, otherwise a flat charge of $18.90
• Priority Shipping via UPS (2-4 business days): $24.90

We ship items as soon as they are available. If there's more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge).

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at hello@ledesthetics.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes to an address once an order is placed.

If your address was entered incorrectly and we've already created the shipping label, we are not able to change the address and cannot be held responsible for delays or undeliverable orders.

Shipping Protection

We recommend opting in for Shipping Protection, which guarantees a replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you opt out of Navidium Shipping Protection, we cannot replace your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If you purchase shipping protection, you are entitled to one immediate replacement for your order, but not a refund. Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable.

• 6-12 days: United Arab Emirates
• 8-15 days: Canada, Ireland, Finland, Norway

Priority Shipping is offered in certain regions for an additional fee:

• United Kingdom (4-7 days): £15.90
• Canada (7-10 days): $27.80 CAD
• Australia (4-6 days): $29.90 AUD

Customs & Duties – International Orders

When ordering from LED Esthetics, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs, taxes, or duties charged by the destination country. LED Esthetics does not cover these charges; they must be paid by the recipient, the importer of record. If the importer of record refuses the delivery and the product is returned, LED Esthetics reserves the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs from the refund.

Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If customs clearance is required, delivery may take longer than our estimates.
