1. Start with clean, dry skin. Add a hydrogel first for extra hydration. 2. Plug the Collar into the controller (not while charging) and adjust the straps. 3. Press the power button. It turns off after 10 minutes. 4. Wipe it clean with a water-based wipe, unplugged.
